About Us

Transitioning Senior Consultants takes senior placement services to the next level by providing very personal care and guidance to families. We are dedicated to finding the best match in assisted living communities, memory care communities and licensed care homes. We help families navigate through it all from finding the best match to scheduling and touring the communities together. We will also negotiate the best rate for families. In addition to helping place seniors we can also assist with finding the best licensed home care agency if the goal is to age in place at home. We also offer care management services for those who need an advocate or someone to help ensure that their loved one is safe and being well cared for whether they are at home or in a facility. 

We at Transitioning Senior Consultants have been through the journey of helping care for a parent so we understand firsthand the stress and sadness that sometimes accompanies this.
